Handy Dryers is a division of Heat Outdoors Limited, founded in 2006 as specialist importers and manufacturers of high quality electronic products and specialist internet retailers. Our client base includes some of the most prestigious establishments in the UK and throughout the world from The Houses of Commons to Williams Formula 1. We pride ourselves in the provision of quality customer service.

Office Hours:
Our Customer Service Department operates from 9.30AM to 5:30PM Monday to Friday, (GMT, BST). Calls outside these hours are handled by our telephone agency service who may be unable to provide detailed product, stock availability or order information. All enquiries will be forwarded to our Customer Service team who will respond as soon as possible during the above hours.

Returns Policy

We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from www.handy-dryers.co.uk and strive to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times. If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it, please complete the details on the reverse side of your delivery note and send it back to us together with the products original packaging and labelling within 7 days of the date of delivery. We will exchange for the full value or refund the cost of the item(s) less a re-stocking charge of 15%. All returned goods must be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt for a refund/credit to be offered. If you wish to return any item due to it being faulty, please complete the details on the reverse side of your delivery note giving details of the fault and send it back to us together with the item in its original packaging, where possible, within 28 days. We will exchange the item or refund the full cost including any delivery charges incurred where appropriate. If you are in any doubt, please contact our customer service department. We are here to help you. We recommend that all items returned to us be sent recorded delivery with insurance paid as a minimum. Your local Post Office will be able to advise.

Delivery Information

Where possible, all orders placed by 2pm will be dispatched immediately and delivered to you on the next working day during normal working hours. If you place an order on a Friday, delivery will be on the following Monday. Most of our orders are dispatched via Interlink Courier Services and require a signature upon delivery, however, when you order, you are able to specify an alternative address in case it is more convenient for you to have your order delivered elsewhere.

Although the majority of orders are delivered in the morning, we cannot guarantee a time of arrival. At an additional cost we can arrange a timed delivery service if an order is particularly urgent. Please contact us on 01279 466500 to arrange and to obtain a delivery cost.

Larger orders are dispatched on pallets from our Stansted warehouse. Your order may be dispatched in more than one parcel and arrive at different times.

Self Collection from store: Should you wish to avoid delivery charges, you are welcome to collect you order from either our Bishop's Stortford, Herts showroom or directly from our Stansted warehouse (usually for larger consignments)

We Deliver Almost Anywhere! We deliver to virtually all addresses within the UK, Northern Ireland and to BFPO addresses. We can also offer delivery to almost any other country, however, the cost will need to be confirmed beforehand as it often varies. Please call us for a quotation on 01279 466500

International: Handy Dryers are able to ship products to most parts of the world within a matter of days. Orders for Europe can be placed directly on-line or by telephoning our expert sales staff on +44 1279 466500. All orders outside of the UK carry a postage & packing charge of £30.00. For VAT exempt customers, please telephone or email us and a special order will be prepared for you.

Due to varying shipping costs and methods, products sent to areas outside of Europe are quoted for on an individual basis by our sales office by either calling us on the number above or by contacting us on email: info@handy-dryers.co.uk.

Price Promise

We're so confident that we're offering you a fantastic deal on our hand dryers, we'll refund double the difference if you find the same product cheaper on any other UK website within 14 days of your purchase. To request a price match refund, just email info@handy-dryers.co.uk including: the name of the website where the product is cheaper, and a telephone number.. You will receive an automated acknowledgment of your request, and we will review the details and reply to you via email within three business days.

ACCEPTANCE
Upon our acceptance of your refund request, please allow 48 hours for delivery of your refund which will be credited as a second transaction on your credit or debit card. The time taken for the refund to appear on your credit or debit card statement varies so the amount may not show on your next statement. Please note: to avoid potential abuse and to enable us to honour our price-match refund guarantee to genuine customers, the acceptance of all refund requests is ultimately at the discretion of Handy Dryers, who will at all times act reasonably and in good faith.

TERMS
You are eligible for a price-match refund if your request meets the following conditions: The Handy Dryers refund guarantee applies only to internet retailers that have the identical product and/or goods in stock or service immediately available and the product, goods and/or service are priced accurately. Prices are compared on product price where comparisons include the product plus delivery charges when calculating the competitor's total price. The Handy Dryers refund guarantee does not apply when you use coupons, promotional offers. The Handy Dryers refund guarantee is limited to up purchases made in the United Kingdom.

Terms and Conditions

General
These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online, by e-mail, telephone or by post with www.handy-dryers.co.uk. Please read carefully before placing any order. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.

'By using this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions'. All transactions with Heat Outdoors Limited T/as Handy Dryers will be governed by these terms and conditions.

All references to the 'company', 'us' or 'we' will refer to Heat Outdoors trading as Handy Dryers. All references to the customer shall mean the person or persons purchasing or agreeing to purchase goods from the company. All references to the Web Site shall include reference to all URL's owned by Heat Outdoors Limited.

Prices
All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and are exclusive of UK VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Orders
We are pleased to accept orders by either Online transaction (secure server) or e-mail (unsecure). Please refer to our latest catalogue or payment section for details. All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Maestro and Solo. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.

Delivery
Items ordered will be delivered as soon as possible in accordance with the requested delivery service. Charges for the different delivery services can by obtained from our Customer Service Department. All delivery charges are subject to change without prior notice. All goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within 10 days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time. In instances where payment has already been made, (Post Orders with a cheque), an alternative or refund in full for the item(s) concerned will be given. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier. Liability in such cases is limited to the value of those items, which are shown to have not been received by the customer.

Products
Products are sold singly unless otherwise stated and are not always available. Every effort is made to ensure the colours depicted on the site match as closely as possible to those of the actual product. Due to technical limitations, some colours may vary.

Guarantee
All products offered are guaranteed for a period of thirty six months unless otherwise stated from the date of the original invoice against failure to provide reasonable wear owing to defective workmanship or materials. The guarantee excludes faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. In the event of a warranty claim, please return the item with a copy of the original receipt to:

Please identify clearly the area or part that has failed. All items must be returned in a clean, dry condition, otherwise they may be returned to you without attention. Further advice is available by contacting our Customer Service Department during office hours.

Force Majeure
We will not be liable for non-performances of our obligations caused or resulting from industrial disputes or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the company such as Act of God, riots, civil commotion, flood, fire and legislation. If by reason of such circumstances it shall become impossible within a reasonable time for the company to wholly or partly supply the items ordered then the customer's liability will be limited to the value of the items already supplied together with any associated delivery charges.

Any information displayed on our web site or other printed matter by the company is not regarded to be authoritative or certified as the best practice and is only considered to be useful supplementary advice to other certified codes of practice. All information on our web site is updated regularly.

Pricing and Print Errors
Prices and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.

Ownership of Goods
All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Handy Dryers until we have received final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods in full.

Complaints
Any complaint or compliment can be sent to our Customer Service Department. We will endeavour to deal with your complaint within five working days of receipt. In the event where we cannot resolve your complaint immediately we will advise a likely time scale to you and keep you informed of any investigation.

Privacy Policy

You can browse our site(s) without disclosing any personal data to us. Any links to third party web sites are covered by the third parties privacy policies.

We do not automatically log personal data nor do we link information automatically logged by other means with personal data about specific individuals.
